What's New in Meety - October 2026
Hi 👋 We added a few more improvements in Meety. They save time on group lessons, make in-person payments simpler, and keep the calendar easier to scan.
Automatic cancellation of underfilled lessons
When you create a lesson slot, set the minimum number of participants and how many hours before the start the lesson should be cancelled. If the lesson does not fill in time, Meety cancels it, notifies clients, and refunds the online payment or the membership-card entry. Before the cancellation you get a warning, in case you want to keep the lesson anyway. If you do not want that warning, turn it off in Reminders & notifications.
Generate a QR payment straight from the booking
Open the booking details and click QR payment to generate a payment QR code. The client scans it in their banking app. The payment already includes the client name and the booking time, so you can match payments. Turn it on: Reservation page settings → Currency → Generate payment QR codes for bookings.
Set the calendar the way you need it
In the calendar you can now choose whether events are colored by service or by team member. You see right away who has which slot and who is free - useful for massage studios with bookings across several team members.
You can also set the time slot interval to match the slots you use on the booking page, so you can find your way faster.

Other improvements
- Option to use separate first name and last name fields at booking
- Organize membership cards and gift cards into categories, the same way as services
- Option to rename sections on the booking page, for example Store → Memberships and vouchers
- Ukrainian and Russian can be turned on for the booking page
- A membership card can apply to every service, including ones you add later
